About Me.

Jared Belfield (they/ them/ theirs) is a fashion designer, stylist, graphic designer, and model. Native to the Nation's Capital, they have been involved in the arts since the young age of 5 playing piano. In high school, they developed their personal fashion style and began aspiring to design their own clothes. Most recently, Jared has graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C., Summa Cum Laude. They are currently located in Washington, D.C. having last interned at Michael Kors as a Mainline Accessories Design Intern. 

 

During their collegiate matriculation, Jared has designed for some notable companies, including Nike, Under Armour, the Washington Wizards, FISLL, and the Howard University Bookstore. Jared has also interned with D.C. based NYFW featured brand Dur Doux. Jared was also selected as a finalist in a design competition from the Pensole Lewis College DiverCity x Design Masterclass program. The Masterclass program is an exclusive, 5-week program that allows top-achieving design students to learn from and work alongside designers from fashion companies Dickies, The North Face, Vans, Smartwool, and Timberland.

 

Outside of design, Jared loves to model, play piano and drums, paint, and creatively style their hair. They also enjoy shopping, styling, and finding new ways to put together fashionable items. Jared is extremely grateful that they can live a life surrounded by and intertwined with art and fashion in everything they do.
